2. Newsletter dispatch
We can use the opportunity to send advertisements to your email address stated in the registration by electronic mail in the context of our newsletter dispatch. The advertising hereby merely comprises our own products, not those of third parties. In this respect we utilise the regulation of § 7 (3) UWG (Unfair Competition Act). There shall be no transfer of the email address to third persons for advertising purposes. You are naturally entitled to cancel the newsletter dispatch at any time. For the respective right of revocation, please read item 3 of this Data Protection Policy.

You are able to visit our internet pages without having to provide personal data. However, certain technical data is accrued during your visit, so-called usage data. In addition, we may apply one or several cookies and partially integrate social media plugins (often also called social media buttons), of which we would also like to inform you.
Usage data:
When you visit our websites, we generally exclusively record the website through which you became aware of our offer, the name of your internet service provider, the website you have visited within our internet offer as well as the date and duration of your visit. The obtained date is entirely anonymised.
Your IP address as well as a time stamp are also recorded for security reasons and used for internal purposes. The term ‘time stamp’ refers to a value in a defined format which allocates a point in time to an event (e.g. the sending or receiving of a message, the modification of data etc.). The purpose of a time stamp is the clarification to man and computer as to when which events occurred.
Cookies
We use so-called cookies in the context of our internet sites. These are small files stored on your hard drive which store certain information which the server which placed the cookies can read again. This may involve so-called session cookies which are automatically deleted as soon as you close your browser window, and cookies with a longer retention period. The information stored in the cookies can particularly involve the login (your visit when you register), the date and time of your visit with us, the cookie number as well as the URL of the website from which you have reached our proposal websites.
The application of cookies initially allows us to recognise you. Through the cookies we can furthermore adapt our offer in accordance with your individual requirements. Cookies are furthermore able to record the statistic frequency of access to the various sites in our program as well as general navigation.
However, if you would like to stop the usage of cookies, your browser provides you with an option to prevent the receiving and storing of new cookies. You will still be able to utilise our offer. 5. Remintrex
It is furthermore possible that cookies of the advertising analysis service Remintrex will be placed during your visit.
Remintrex is an advertising analysis service employed by Remintrex GmbH on behalf of cooperation partners. The application of Remintrex only occurs if you have permitted email advertising from a cooperation partner, e.g. in the context of a competition registration, on one side and, on the other, have explicitly agreed to Remintrex being employed. Remintrex enables the cooperation partner to dispatch advertising emails which consider the consumer conduct on this website.
Remintrex uses cookies which, for example, are placed at competitions or comparable actions for the organiser of the competition or a comparable promotion by the respective organiser, following the explicit consent of the participants.
Due to the cookies, the visit of this website is reported to Remintrex GmbH – as the contract data processer of the cooperation partner – that you (i.e. a user with the ID saved in the cookie) have visited the site, the product you have shown interest for and whether this has led to the conclusion of an agreement. The information is subsequently stored separately for each cooperation partner on a server of Remintrex GmbH – as the contract data processor of the cooperation partner. Subject to an advertising agreement for email advertising, Remintrex GmbH is able to transmit to you advertising mails on behalf of the cooperation partner which consider your consumer conduct and thus your interests based on the transmitted information.
The information transmitted by the cookies is exclusively used for advertising which introduce products sold on our site.
If you have no further interest in an analysis by Remintrex, you can delete the placed cookie via your browser at any time.

6. Deleting cookies
You, as user, can decide which cookies you want to accept or delete at any time. You can select the individual settings for this purpose directly in the settings of your internet browser.
The steps for the management of cookies differ depending on the browser you use in the internet. The operator of www.meine-cookies.org has produced current instructions which show you the procedure step by step.

7. Google Analytics
This website uses Google analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google analytics uses so-called “Cookies”, text files which are stored on your computer and permit the analysis of your usage of the website. The information regarding your usage of this website created with the Cookie is generally transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. In case of activation of the IP-anonymity on this website, your IP-address is initially limited within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the treaty throughout the European economic area. Your full IP-address is only transmitted to a Google server in exceptional cases and limited there. Google will utilise this information on behalf of the operator of this website in order to evaluate your usage, to compile reports regarding the website activity and to provide further services to the operator of the website related to the usage of the website and the Internet. The IP-address of your browser transmitted in the context of Google analytics is not linked with other data by Google.
You can prevent the storing of Cookies with a respective setting of your browser software; however, we would like to inform you that in this case you may not be able to utilise all functions of this website. You can furthermore prevent the compilation of data (incl. your IP-address) created by the Cookie and related to your usage of the website to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser-Plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
Please see http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html for further information regarding general terms and conditions and data protection.
We point out to you that Google Analytics on this website was expanded by the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” in order to ensure the anonymous recording of IP addresses (so-called IP-Masking).

II. Our service for you

1. The service of Remintrex GmbH
Remintrex GmbH specialises in interest-specific advertising in the mail-order sector. The objective here is to address a user who has shown certain customer behaviour at an advertised offer on the websites of one of our principals and to consider this customer behaviour in the advertising email sent to the user (so-called re-targeting).
In addition to this type of interest-specific advertising in form of email dispatch, Remintrex GmbH is also specialised in interest-specific advertising in form of SMS transmission, dispatch by mail as well as phone contact. Also in these cases, target is to provide the user interest-specific SMS, mail or phone advertising based on a certain displayed usage pattern on websites of our principals.

2. The advertising analysis service Remintrex
Remintrex GmbH, as contract data processor for its principals, hereby executes the technical dispatch of target and interest-specific advertising through the various channels where the products of a principal are advertised. Users, who gave their consent to receive advertising at advertising offers such as portals, competitions or surveys by third parties in the various channels and who have displayed certain user behaviour on the websites of a principal, are contacted by mail or phone.
In addition to this consent, the third party obtains a further consent according to the Data Protection Act. As a result, the user agrees that cookies are placed in his system, particularly also that his user data is read when visiting the website of a principal of Remintrex GmbH and used for the dispatch of targeted advertising through the various channels. The placed cookies provided with the respective ID are small files which are stored on the hard drive of the respective user – and which are allocated to the respective browser – through which certain information is transmitted to the advertising analysis service Remintrex, which allow more user-friendly and effective advertising.
If the user visits the website of a principal it is automatically transmitted – with the aid of the cookies via an iFrame incorporated at the principal – to Remintrex GmbH as contract data processor for the third party that the user has visited the website of the respective principal, which products he looked at and whether this resulted in a registration and/or a sale. The information is subsequently stored separately for each third part on a server of Remintrex GmbH – as the contract data processor of the third party. Based on the transmitted information, Remintrex GmbH will be able to provide a user with advertising on behalf of the respective third party which considers the consumer conduct and thus the interest of the respective user.

3. The dispatch process
The dispatch process, related to the various channels, is oriented on trigger determined in advance by the respective principal. The respective advertising action occurs based on this trigger. The frequency/execution of the respective advertising measure as well as any maximum limits of the respective advertising measure are discussed and coordinated between the principal and Remintrex GmbH prior to the execution of the agreement; the principal particularly determines the frequency in coordination with Remintrex GmbH. At his request, the principal can also receive special documentation.

4. Establishing, storing, amending, transmitting and using personal data
Personal data which were independently entered by the user are provided to third parties in the context of the registration process.
Even if the third party receives usage data concerning several websites due to the cooperation with several contractual partners, any overlapping user profiling does not occur. Remintrex GmbH technically ensures that the usage data concerning the visits of different principals are not connected to each other. Rather, information are raised, stored and used separately for each principal. Furthermore, the personal data are not transmitted to the principals.
Remintrex GmbH itself acts as technical service provider within a contract data processing relationship with the third party.
Remintrex GmbH itself does not record any personal data, but only anonymous information supplied by the placed cookies. This comprises the usage behaviour, equipment information (type of equipment, operating system and version) displayed on the websites of the principals as well as respective advertising events (i.e. the number and type of advertising measures shown to the user). The allocation of the cookie ID to the respective personal data stored by the third party occurs through hash-codes.

5. Deleting of cookies and/or deactivation of advertising analysis service Remintrex
The user can decide which cookies he wants to accept or delete at any time. He can select the individual settings for this purpose directly in the settings of his internet browser.
The steps for the management of cookies differ depending on the browser he uses in the internet. The operator of www.meine-cookies.org has produced current instructions which show the user the procedure step by step.
• Instruction for the Internet Explorer of Microsoft:
